I called several agencies before I called Assured Comfort Home Care. She was the only one that would agree to meet with us THAT day, and she didn't require us to sign up for unneeded hours to reach a minimum! Customer service is OUTSTANDING! She was very understanding of our immediate need and we had service the next day!!! I can't recommend her enough!

When my husband's health started taking us down a difficult path, our neighbor gave us Ann's business card. She was a friend of Ann's and knew we needed help. We were reluctant to bring in outside care because we thought we could handle things on our own. We soon realized that we did in fact need help and Ann came out to meet us 2 hours after we called her! Had I known how amazingly well Ann would handle my husbands care, I would have called months ago! She allowed me to have precious time with my husband as his wife and not his caregiver when it was most important to be his wife. I didn't have to worry about a thing other than being his wife. She covered everything else. I have never met anyone so willing to go out of her way to help someone. We were strangers to her but she came in and immediately became a part of our family.
